These are the rules and
regulations that regulate the WeNetProfits.com
member opportunity.
When it comes to the
functioning of the WNP business and the associated
business opportunity, it is important to have
rules and regulations that work to guide us as a
company, and all those who become involved for the
products, services and business opportunity. It is
the responsibility of the members to make sure
that they have read and understand the meaning
behind all these rules and regulations. Be sure to
read these Policies and Procedures* as they may
have answers to some of the questions that you may
have when it comes to the operating of your income
opportunity with WeNetProfits.com.

Policies and Procedures governing Independent
Affiliate (I.A.) are outlined below.
A person or organization who solicits subscription
purchases on behalf of WeNetProfits will be known
as an Independent Affiliate (I.A.)

1.) REFUND POLICY
WeNetProfits.com’s Refund Policy: We have a NO REFUND Policy on your
product purchase. Once your subscription payment
has been processed, you will receive instant
access to our online resource center, which is
your products and our providing access fulfills
our obligation to subscriber.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When a person subscribes to
WeNetProfits.com with this NO REFUND POLICY
on product purchase, they are agreeing that they
have read and agree with the WeNetProfits.com NO
REFUND POLICY. Anyone who tries to complete
a charge back to their credit card provider after
they have processed a subscription with
WeNetProfits.com will have violated the agreement
and will be terminated with all present and future
earnings forfeited. Because of this, members will
have access to their Benefits after payment has
been received by WeNetProfits and access has been
granted to the member.
NO REFUND of a Subscription will be
processed because a member has changed their mind.
Because of this NO REFUND, NO RETURN POLICY,
all subscribers agree that they have read and
agree with the Term of Purchase, Policy and
Procedures as well as this Return Policy.
By completing your Subscription Payment you agree
that you have read and agree to all the Terms of
Purchase, Policies and Procedures and this Return
Policy.
2.) Commissions
A. Eligibility for Commissions
An I.A. must be active and qualified
according to the Compensation Plan(s) in order to
be eligible to receive any commission.
B. Commissions
Commissions are earned for the sale
of subscriptions to the people you refer to wenetprofits.com who make a purchase. WNP will
pay daily and monthly to the AlertPay payment
processor. A $2 processing fee will be deducted
from each I.A. commission payout. Note:
All referral commissions earned will be paid.
Be sure to have AlertPay as your payment processor
updated to accept your commissions from your back
office.
VERY IMPORTANT
To ensure you receive your referral
commissions, AlertPay as your payment processor
MUST be updated in your Back Office at
WeNetProfits.com. Failure to do so will affect
whether you receive your commissions. If the I.A’s
use a different name and email for Alertpay
compared to the I.A.’s registration with
WeNetProfits. Commission may be held and the
I.A.’s will be investigated before commissions are
released.
WeNetProfits.com reserves the right
to change commission payment methods at any given
time, with proper notice being given to all
I.A.'s.
3.) Status as an Independent
Affiliate
A. Claims of Employment
An I.A. is an Independent Affiliate and not an
employee of WeNetProfits.com. The position of the
I.A. shall not be interpreted as creating a
relationship of employee-employer, agency,
partnership or joint venture between any
participant, sponsor, referral and
WeNetProfits.com. An I.A. or prospective I.A. is
not and will not be employed by WeNetProfits.com.
To say otherwise is misleading and subject to
termination of I.A. status.
B. Contractual Obligations
All I.A.s are responsible for any expenses, which
result from their business operation.
Miscellaneous expenses include, but are not
limited to, legal fees connected with the use of a
business name, license or permits required to
operate a business, telephone expenses, product
advertising, etc. The I.A. shall not involve
WeNetProfits.com in any contractual relationships
relative to their businesses. I.A.s cannot and
shall not open bank accounts, sign contracts, rent
or lease office space or equipment, secure credit,
make purchases or enter into agreements of any
kind in the name of WeNetProfits.com. Such action
is prohibited and cause for termination of I.A.
status. Each I.A. shall hold WeNetProfits.com, its
shareholders, directors, officers, proprietors and
employees harmless from any claims, damages or
liabilities arising out of such action.
No I.A. may make a statement of any kind that
WeNetProfits.com, any of its entities or
themselves are in any way associated or affiliated
with any charitable organization. WeNetProfits.com
and The Give-Get Movement is a business that
chooses to donate a portion from proceeds from
sales of subscriptions to different charities.
C. Reporting Taxes
I.A.s are not considered employees under any laws
or acts governing employees. It is the I.A.’s
responsibility to make self-employment and income
tax payments as required by laws of their country.
As such, WeNetProfits.com does not deduct any
taxes from any commission and does not provide
yearly statements for income tax purposes.
4.) Business and Legal
Entities as an Independent Affiliate
A. Companies
A sole proprietorship, partnership, Limited
Liability Company (LLC) or corporation may become
an I.A..
For a company to become a personal I.A., or to
change their current representative status to
another status, WeNetProfits.com must be notified
in writing. Written notice is also required when
changing an existing individual’s referral
position status to a company.
B. Marriage
A husband and wife, common-law spouses/partners,
and immediate family members may only be referred
by one another if they are placed in as a first or
second referral position.
C. Forfeiture
Violation of parts A and B in this section will
result in the I.A. forfeiting his/her second and
subsequent referral positions in the compensation
plan and any current and future compensation from
these positions. Violation of parts A and B in
this section may result in the termination of your
I.A. status and all associated commissions.
D. Multiple Subscription
Purchases
A person has the right to purchase as many
subscriptions as they like, however, as of June
25th, 2009, any additional subscription purchases
that open profit centers must be purchased under
an already existing subscription purchase that
opened a profit center. There will be no leaving
your own group as the same purchaser.
5.) Identification Numbers
All I.A.s will have a unique Rep ID
that identifies them as an I.A. and Member of
WeNetProfits.com.
6.) Rights and Obligations of an
I.A.
A. Ethics
WeNetProfits.com conducts business in an ethical
and credible manner and expects the I.A. to do the
same. WeNetProfits.com permits no illegal or
unethical activity and will intercede when such
behavior may exist, and WeNetProfits.com reserves
the right in deciding whether certain I.A.
activities are unethical. Furthermore,
WeNetProfits.com may use its own discretion in
determining the appropriate course of action,
WeNetProfits.com reserves the right to suspend or
terminate the I.A. status, including but not
limited to all commissions, if WeNetProfits.com
determines that unethical activities may exist.
Under no circumstances would an I.A. who is
terminated for unethical or illegal activity be
entitled to a refund of their original
subscription fee, nor are they entitled to sell or
transfer their position.
B. Co-Mingling of Funds
An I.A. must make their payment payable to
WeNetProfits.com only. No I.A. shall accept funds
for membership fees and co-mingle them with their
personal or business accounts. WeNetProfits.com
may terminate any I.A. discovered co-mingling
funds or operating a bank account in the name of
WeNetProfits.com or any other similar name.
C. Territorial Rights/Obtaining
Referrals Across Borders
The I.A. is responsible for knowing and adhering
to all laws and accepted business practices in the
countries they choose to market. This includes but
is not limited to Customs and Immigration Laws and
accepted marketing practices.
7.) Sponsoring New Independent
Affiliates
A. I.A. Agreements
New I.A.s must be of legal age to enter into a
contract and complete a membership form online or
download the hard copy version located at the
company website. Membership fees may be paid by
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, certified
check (cheque), bank draft or money order. The
start date of an I.A. is the date that their
completed registration form is entered and payment
received.
B. Representation
The I.A. shall make no claim or inference to
prospective new members as to the anticipated or
actual income an I.A. might earn. WeNetProfits.com
makes no guarantees of income, nor assurances of
any profits or success. Furthermore, any profits
or success resulting from activities as an I.A.
will be based upon new members obtained by their
Sales Group. Any success achieved will be based
solely upon the I.A.’s effort, commitment and
skills.
Each I.A. understands that no governmental
authority or other regulatory authorities ever
reviews, endorses or otherwise approves any
product membership or compensation program of any
marketing company. As such, each I.A. shall make
no such claim to a prospective I.A.. In the event
that a question arises concerning
WeNetProfits.com’s compliance with the law, such
question shall be submitted to WeNetProfits.com in
writing. The I.A. shall make no false claims or
misleading statements concerning these
relationships and understand that if they do,
their relationship with WeNetProfits.com may be
terminated and all commissions and bonuses
forfeited.
The I.A. agrees to indemnify and hold
WeNetProfits.com harmless from all claims, damages
and expenses, including attorney fees arising out
of actions or conduct in violation of the Policies
and Procedures, and Terms and Conditions.
C. I.A. Disputes
WeNetProfits.com may or may not mediate any
disputes between two or more I.A.s.
WeNetProfits.com does, however, reserve the right
to review referral practices. Any decisions made
by WeNetProfits.com will be final.
D. Changing your Referral
Maintaining the integrity of the referral system
is paramount. Therefore, changing referrals is
strictly prohibited.
An I.A. may join WeNetProfits.com under a new
referral only after a period of no less than 1
full calendar year from the date of resignation or
no less than 1 full calendar year after an I.A.
fails to renew. All resignations must be in
writing and delivered to WeNetProfits.com.
WeNetProfits.com reserves the right to change
referrals if it is found that unethical or
misleading practices were used.
8.) Maintaining/Changing the Status
of your Business
A. Monthly Membership Fee
There will be a Monthly Business Maintenance Fee
of $20.00 USD (plus applicable taxes in Canada) or
$20.00 USD no taxes applicable for purchases
outside of Canada. The Business Maintenance Fee of
$20.00 USD is deducted from your commissions after
you have earned over$145 USD in commissions. If
the I.A. does not earn more than $145 in
commissions. There will be no Monthly Business
Maintenance Fee that month. The Residual renewal
payments are required on or before the I.A.’s
anniversary date. The anniversary date is the date
the I.A. purchase form was received in acceptable
form and processed by WeNetProfits.com. The I.A.
will receive a notification reminder in their back
office 5 days before their residual renewal date.
It is up to the I.A. to renew. If WeNetProfits.com
does not receive the renewal fee on or before the
renewal date, WeNetProfits.com will assume that
the I.A. does not wish to renew his/her status
with WeNetProfits.com. The I.A. will then lose his
or her membership active status, and all future
commissions will be forfeited. If an I.A. decides
to renew his or her membership at some later date,
he/she must then fill out the registration form.
It is the I.A.’s responsibility to ensure that
WeNetProfits.com has his/her accurate and current
address information. WeNetProfits.com is not
responsible for an I.A. who fails to receive their
renewal applications.
Apprentice 4x4
matrix residual monthly renewal 22.00.
Bronze 4x4 matrix residual
monthly renewal $100.00.
Silver 4x4 matrix residual
monthly renewal $250.00.
Compression monthly in residual
matrices. All unpaid members are compressed
out.
Residual matrices are paid monthly.
Now Money and monthly bonuses are
paid real time daily.
Monthly bonuses are paid upon paid
entry of a personal referral in the residual
matrix and each time a personal referral renews
his or her monthly residual matrix subscription.
B. Transferring or Assigning Your
I.A. Status
WeNetProfits.com restricts the transfer of an I.A.
status in order to protect the integrity of the
business opportunity. All requests for the
transfer of an I.A. status must be reviewed and
approved by WeNetProfits.com. For more
information, please contact us at support@wenetprofits.com
The I.A. status WILL NOT be considered transferred
until it is approved by WeNetProfits.com.
Therefore, DO NOT accept any funds from the
potential buyer until the transfer has been
approved and finalized. WeNetProfits.com charges
$500 USD plus applicable taxes to process any
approved transfer.
C. Transfer/Disposition of I.A.
Position
Upon the death or incapacity of an I.A., or of its
principals, the rights to the commission and
marketing position shall pass to the designated
successor, provided this successor complies with
all the terms of the WeNetProfits.com agreement,
WeNetProfits.com’s Policies and Procedures and
fulfills the duties and obligations required of an
I.A.. If the transfer is temporary (i.e. the I.A.
is temporarily incapacitated), the subsequent
activation and deactivation will be
temporary.
D. Change of e-mail address and
change of information
An I.A. must report any change of e-mail
address or other information to both
WeNetProfits.com and their chosen method for
commission payment. This may be accomplished by
updating your personal information online at www.wenetprofits.com.
9.) Advertising and Promotion
A. Use of Corporate Marks
No I.A. may use in its business, trade or
corporate name any name, trademark, service mark,
logo ("Corporate Marks") or copyrighted material
of WeNetProfits.com without the prior
express written consent of WeNetProfits.com. Such
misuse or infringement of this prohibition may
result in WeNetProfits.com taking disciplinary
action that may include, but not limited to,
termination of I.A. rights as well as loss of
current and future commissions. The I.A. must
promptly cooperate with WeNetProfits.com in
connection with a request to discontinue any
unauthorized use of WeNetProfits.com’s Corporate
Marks or copyrighted materials.
B. Websites
Websites that are operated by an I.A. are
restricted from using the name, trademarks or
logos of WeNetProfits.com unless approved in
writing by WeNetProfits.com. No WeNetProfits.com
forms or documents can be copied or placed onto
any other website.
C. Approved Literature/Referral
Aids
An I.A. shall utilize and distribute only the
literature, forms and referral aids provided and
approved by WeNetProfits.com.
WeNetProfits.com prohibits the distribution or use
of any literature, advertisements, flyers,
recordings, etc., bearing or referencing the name
and/or logo of WeNetProfits.com, unless approved
in writing by WeNetProfits.com.
WeNetProfits.com prohibits the distribution or
resale of any referral aids. Any action of this
nature may result in termination.
D. Media Inquiries and Personal
Appearances by an I.A.
In order to assure accurate and consistent
information is provided to the public I.A.s shall
not respond to any form of media inquiries
regarding WeNetProfits.com, its services or
products. Refer all media inquiries to
WeNetProfits.com at admin@wenetprofits.com.
E. Advertising Media
Approval and written consent of WeNetProfits.com
is required to advertise via electronic media.
This includes but not limited to television,
radio, internet and/or cable advertising. Use of
WeNetProfits.com’s name in a telephone number,
directory listing or website address is also
prohibited.
F. NO SPAM POLICY, Third Party
Solicitation, Conventions and Trade Shows
WeNetProfits.com prohibits I.A.s from using
conventions and trade shows as means of marketing
the WeNetProfits.com program.
The I.A. is prohibited from third party
solicitation by spamming, fax blasting, direct
mail, contests, telemarketing, sweepstakes and
drawings. WeNetProfits.com only authorizes
referrals by means of personal solicitation of
memberships.
10.) Indemnification
Each I.A. agrees to indemnify and hold
WeNetProfits.com, including without limitations
its directors, officers, employees, and
shareholders from any and all liabilities, claims,
expenses and damages (including attorneys’ fees
and costs) arising out of the use of this site,
which also includes but not limited to, the
products and compensation plan in any manner what
so ever.
11.) Compliance
These Policies and Procedures were created to
define the relationship that exists between the
I.A. and WeNetProfits.com. These Policies and
Procedures ensure acceptable conduct of daily
business operations. It is important that you read
and understand the Policy and Procedures, and
Terms and Conditions before registering as an
I.A.. It is equally important that you frequently
check the WeNetProfits.com web site for revised
versions. All I.A.s are bound by the Policies and
Procedures, and Terms and Conditions, and any
amendments made to them. WeNetProfits.com reserves
the right to amend the Polices and Procedures as
WeNetProfits.com deems necessary. Any I.A. who
violates any provision of the Policies and
Procedures, may be promptly terminated by
WeNetProfits.com. Termination cancels any and all
rights. Any disputes between an I.A. and
WeNetProfits.com in relation to any part of the
Policy and Procedures, and Terms and Conditions
will be resolved through binding arbitration by
the board of directors. An I.A. who is terminated
will not be entitled to the refund of their
original membership fees or any commissions or
bonuses of any sort.
By submitting your payment for your subscription
to WeNetProfits.com you are confirming that you
have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions
of your subscription purchase, as well as to these
Policies and Procedures that govern
WeNetProfits.com.
* All Policies and Procedures
may be amended or changed or added to at anytime
without notice.
